DANYA YU b. 1982, Singapore

DANYA Yu is an accountant-turned-artist who graduated with a first-class Honors degree in Fine Arts from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and Loughborough University, UK. She specialises in Western Art and Large format façade art. She is currently the Chairman of Telok Kurau Studios and a full-time artist.

Apart from participating exhibitions regularly, she has also showcased her works in the region such as Affordable Art, Singapore and HK, Malaysia Expo, and art fairs in Vietnam, Indonesia and China. Her works have been selected to represent Singapore for Shenzhen Oil Painting Biennale, 2018 AAM International Art Fair 2020. Her collectors range from local and overseas individuals to MNCs, such as Far East shipping company as well as Shanghai Development Bank, Singapore branch.
