MARK LUO b. 1943, Singapore

MARK LUO worked in the advertising industry for over 20 years. His experience in the eld developed in him a keen eye to utilise vivid colours to create movement and opposing juxtapositions in his work.

His works have won first place in various competitions, notably UOB Painting Of The Year (1989, 1990 and 1992), Time Magazine (1992), Contemporary Western Art (2015) and Distinction Prizes (2013 and 2014) for Dr Tan Tze Chor Art Awards.

Mark’s works have been showcased in many countries and are collected by numerous corporations and private collectors in including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Spain, and the USA.
